PRESIDENT
Billy founded Cost-OS LLC. in 2015 to bring new enterprise-level estimating technology to North America. He has strong entrepreneurial skills, with over 30 years of experience in leading construction estimating software companies (Executive VP at MC²) and providing best of breed technology solutions to the construction industry. Billy runs the corporation in all aspects including strategy and technological vision, sales, implementation, and support.

Trey has been with Cost-OS since 2016. He oversees all daily operations, ensuring seamless and efficient departmental functions. He works with the sales team to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and drive growth. Trey also works closely with the support staff to foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring all clients receive exceptional service. His focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction directly contributes to the success and growth of Cost-OS.
